 3 concrete things that would improve myself in next 3-6 months

          First : I want to challenge for fixed sleeping hours. It is always something hard for me as I have a lot of positions and tasks which don't allow me to have nice sleep before this. However, I don't have it with me now and I think it is time to challenge those things. This could help to be self- discipline and also have a healthy body. I do trust the improvement of these two parts would also result in helping me to improve others' parts like concentration.

        Second : I want to read at least two books about improving my EQ and communication skills. The reason that I want to improve my EQ is because I don't wish my emotion would be a hidden danger for me. It is because  I deeply know what is going to happen when someone cannot control their emotion. I can control my emotions but it is not enough why I want to improve more. Other communication skills will also build me to look confident and this would allow me not to fear when there are any places that need me to have a talk.

        Third : I want to join any club that is available in Help University. It is because previously I was trained to become a leader. There are really less chances to allow me to try being a good follower. It is important because a leader can only be a "real" leader when the leader can be a good leader while a follower. So, I deeply trust this would help me a lot.
