 Report Card

There are five characteristic that I think would help me to be a better personal leader:

        1. Listening: Listening is one of the most important skills needed for effective communication and this communication is needed in a team. It is because effective communication can help to prevent risk of making mistakes, building up relationships and bonds among team members and also the most important thing is that it would bring good results. Others, Listening skills could also help leaders to identify the strength and weakness of members and leaders can help to convert the weakness to strength. That is why Listening would help me to be a better personal leader.

        2. Positive Attitude:  A leader is basically the brain of the team. So, let's think how worse the team will be when their 'brain' is always full with negative emotion. On the other side, the team will never lose their hope when their 'brain' is full of positive emotion. It is because they know there is always a chance for them to get revenge even if they lose or get failure for something when their 'brain' is still positive. That is why Positive Attitude would help me to be a better personal leader.

        3. Problem Solving : Problem Solving is the most important skill that a leader should master before the problem comes. It is because a leader that masters in this skill will never be afraid of the problem as they can solve it whenever the problem arrives or whatever the problem is. As a result, a confident leader will be built and this will also allow the leader to have a good team. That is why Problem Solving would help me to  be a better personal leader.

        4. Responsibility: Responsibility is the basic value that every leader should have. It is because a leader that without responsibility wouldn't care about his/her team members and also his task and work. In my opinion, a person who has no responsibility should never ever have the chance to become a leader. However, this is also a really hard value to hold and learn, even me myself, and my trainer in my secondary school can't really 100% hold this value. It is because a good leader is not just responsible for every task in a team , they are also responsible for each team member. So, leaders also need to train each member till they have the potential to be a good leader. When any leader can reach this level, they are a "real" leader. That is also my target.


    5. Self- Discipline: Self-Discipline is something mystery due to you can't say that keeping self-Discipline is really hard, because everyone who really wants to do it, they can do it. However, you also can't say that it is easy because it is not. It required the leader to have perseverance. If not, the leader will lose the self- discipline really easily. This is also something that I keep working hard for. So I trust when the day that I really have 100 % self- discipline, I would turn to a "real" leader
